Our approach
Your organisation exists to fulfil a Purpose. Critical to this outcome is the interdependence between relationship and results. Relationship refers to your HOW, being the culture and experience of being part of your organisation, while Results refer to your WHAT, being the work and performance delivered. The relationship between these two critical factors is illustrated in our Systemic Performance Model.

The relentless focus on results in our fast-paced world has reduced focus on relationships. Our experience with organisations, and in turn leaders, who are intentional about balancing relationship and results, is they find contributing towards the organisation’s purpose an achievable and sustainable end. Our process
Organisational development and people development fall into the domain of behaviour change and we support sustainable behaviour change at individual, team and organisational (whole system) level through the iterative process of:
- Raising awareness of the present
- Setting intention for the future
- Taking action, and
- Agreeing accountability for progress.
Recognising that behaviour change does not happen overnight, we encourage a journey approach to support learning, application and forming habits, for sustainable change.
Our work is grounded in Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) which prioritises a focus on right relationship, or relationship systems health, in the pursuit of desired results. We also draw on the work of the Neuroleadership Institute (NLI®) and Appreciative Inquiry.
